Cerner Provider Portal Support is available Monday through Friday 7 am to 9 pm Eastern. During late evenings, weekends and holidays, support is provided by the Cerner Immediate Response Center for critical issues only.

When e-mailing Cerner Provider Portal Support, please do not include PHI (Patient Health Information) that includes Patient Name, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, etc. If this information is necessary to describe the issue, please call our support team by the telephone number listed above.
